Nice place but shame about the staff. Lazy, incompetent, and unwilling to deal with problems that they themselves cause. Booked a vip pool room for a certain time, an hour in advance; arrived at the time booked to be told there are people already playing in it and we’d have to play outside. What’s the point in booking and accepting the booking? I used to come regularly, but saving face means they don’t give a shit about solving problems. Disgusting,

Hello i have an accident that occurred in your parking lot. Due to the rain and the slippery surface is not cleaning well , I fell and unfortunately sustained a broken rib. What was even more upsetting is that some of your employees were laughing at my fall instead of offering assistance. This experience was both painful and disappointing.
