Located inside Terminal 21, the staff were very accommodating and understanding, especially as English‑speaking travellers. They took the time to clearly explain the different treatment options. We chose the Premium 60‑minute scalp care, and the experience was both soothing and attentive to detail, including a scalp analysis that is emailed to you afterward. Overall, it was an enjoyable service and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hair spa. They also provide hot tea and biscuit afterwards for a sweet treat!

I tried the Signature 90-minute treatment at the newly opened Sabuy Sleep Salon & Head Spa (Terminal 21 Asok), and it was a soothing and rejuvenating experience from start to finish. The ambience was calm and cosy, with soft lighting and relaxing music that immediately put me at ease. I chose the lemongrass balm for my massage, and the scent was absolutely lovely, refreshing without being overpowering. The treatment began with a relaxing head, neck, and shoulder massage that helped melt away tension. The therapist’s pressure was on the lighter side, a bit too gentle for my preference, but still calming overall. By the end of the 90 minutes, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed.
