I just arrived in Bangkok from the U.S. yesterday and went straight to the salon. Charmin, my stylist, did an amazing job — I was really happy with her work. However, when I went to pay, the front desk told me the total was 3,000 THB. That left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed. Before my appointment, I had confirmed that the haircut and perm package would be 2,500 THB. If the service or pricing changed, I believe it should have been clearly communicated to me before the service started — not after everything was done. The way the front desk handled the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. It made an otherwise great experience feel really unpleasant.
