If you’re looking for a nice bar with Japanese alcohol, I’d highly recommend Salon Du Japonisant on Sukhumvit 39 it’s my favorite. The prices are affordable, the service is amazing, and special thanks to N’ L and bartender Ruang Khao for giving me the best cocktail ever, Especially the Omakase one. You can request any flavor you want to try, which is a unique experience you won’t find anywhere else. They close around 12:30 AM, and trust me, you won’t regret a single dollar you spend here. This hidden gem is highly recommended to experience “omakase” cocktails. I am generally not a cocktail person, it’s either too sweet or too sour. That’s just me maybe and my poor choices of picks. BUT these cocktails here are of exceptional quality and every concoction is carefully thought out. The menu items are created with purpose and the ingredients matching their theme. They have an extensive collection of Japanese alcohol. The bar manager and mixologists are knowledgeable and you are aware of exactly what ingredients are put in. The atmosphere gives a feel of intimacy and coziness. I ordered quite a few cocktails and recommended gin; experienced a range of palate inducing drinks and ended up purchasing a nice bottle of French gin. So yes, this is a must visit place!
