Sent message to enquire for booking & got quick helpful responses and a time/ service/ masseuse was agreed. Warm welcome with a friendly smiles from all the staff when arrived at the shop. The massage itself was great - relaxing, time & care taken by Beer to ensure left & right side were done evenly. Very gentle to begin, probably to ensure I was comfortable & when asked for more pressure, she made good use of her arms & elbows especially on the pressure points! Beer was fun, smiley and professional and this remained consistent throughout. The place was hospitable and provided clean slippers, offered tea (this may depend on the massage option you pick) & Beer called me back inside to wait when she saw me sat outside on the very very hot day for a Grab. If going to the upper floor, watch your step as I saved myself from slipping a few times, and Beer did do her best to keep pointing out on the way down to be careful :o) So a great service with smiles + the extra touches show they care about their customers, well deserved stars. 5 stars! Amazing hot oil massage from Helen. The staff was professional, the environment clean and the massage itself was heavenly. The warm oil was so soothing, and I left feeling like a new person. Can't wait to come back.
