I contacted Sera Clinic about mole removal by laser. They did not just try to sell me the treatment, but advised me to see a proper hospital dermatologist first. I really appreciated the honest and careful advice.

The service here is fantastic. The doctor was incredibly thorough in their explanations and consultations. I underwent Picosure laser treatment and Rejuran today, and I'm very impressed with the results. I will certainly be returning.

I made an appointment to see the doctor but was told that I had to wait for 1.5 hours before I can see the doctor. The service staff can’t speak English and it is a highly unpleasant experience. Will highly recommend people not to visit the clinic.
