The chef has added some small changes to the cooking method, making the ordinary nigiri sushi more layered in taste. The restaurant can accommodate about 10 people and the overall atmosphere is good. The chef is very friendly and the introduction is very detailed. The ingredients are fresh, and the Hokkaido sea urchin has no fishy smell and is sweet. I was very impressed. The menu is 3500 and 6500. I think that 3500 is enough to taste the details that the chef wants to express, and it is worth coming again.
