I previously visited "Sho ShowRoom," a hidden yakitori restaurant located in an alley a short walk from Thonglor Station. Every dish was carefully prepared and elegant. ✨ The chef's choice yakitori was exquisite, with the savory aroma of charcoal and the juicy flavor of the meat. Every skewer was a surprise. Their tableware and presentation were also carefully considered, creating a luxurious experience that felt like savoring a story. The restaurant's calm atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for anniversaries or special dinners. 🌉 I decided to write a review because I'd love to visit again.

Japanese-style direct turkey skewers are served without an à la carte menu. The Japanese chef and the Thai chef work together to create delicious chicken skewers. Each dish is grilled to perfection, with the aroma, sweetness, chicken juice, doneness, texture, and flavor all being just right. There are only eight seats indoors, making it a great place for a group of friends to have a drink and enjoy a meal.

Excellent omakase meal! Everything was grilled to perfection. Crispy skin, tender meat. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the Parma ham - dragonfruit - Parmesan cheese in the first dish go together.
