Sindhorn Midtown Hotel Bangkok, Vignette Collection by IHG

The hotel was in a fantastic location, very close to multiple malls and 7/11s I stayed here twice (Two different rooms, but the same experience). From the start the staff was very professional, I was greeted my luggage was brought up to my room actually everything what you would expect from a top hotel the rooms were great, cleaning staff was professional and even available over my irregular times, nice facilities a very good breakfast selection the hotel was fantastic but what made it even better for me was the staff. The little conversations, compliments the fact that they remembered my name or who I was just the general interest in my favorite football club (I am a Manchester fan) they didn't just make you feel comfortable they made you feel home and thats that little bit extra you like to see in a hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and I enjoyed my trip to Thailand with this being the necessary extra spice to make this trip go from best to even better. No complaints from my end.

I was initially assigned a room with a construction view, which I wasn't happy with, but the staff exchanged it for me very quickly, and I truly appreciated it. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was prompt throughout my stay. The location is fantastic; it was so convenient to grab water and drinks at the 7-Eleven right before heading out for sightseeing. The Starbucks in front of the hotel also had a wonderful atmosphere. The BTS station is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very satisfying, and having shopping malls like One City and Central nearby made our trip incredibly comfortable. While the swimming pool might look small, it never felt crowded since there weren't too many people. The food at the rooftop bar, ANJU, was superb, and the view was breathtaking. Above all, I want to highlight Mr. Naphat. His service after our check-out on the final day was exceptional—he was so friendly and made my family feel incredibly joyful. It was truly an unforgettable trip.

Home from home in Bangkok An amazing stay at this lovely hotel. I cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel at home, and for making my partner’s birthday celebrations so special. All of the staff working here are just great, so welcoming and just such a pleasure enjoy their genuine hospitality. The cleaning Siranee did a great job keeping our room ship shape. The concierge Notto is just great at his job too, and full of useful info and ideas and practical tips enabling us to make the most of our stay. The gentleman who helped us with our bags called Tam was equally professional and a pleasure with deal with. The same goes for the staff on reception, and the restaurant where we enjoyed delicious breakfast. The gym is also amazing, working out with incredible views. We had no time to enjoy the pool unfortunately, but it did look awesome too. Finally the rooftop bar is a great experience too, lovely staff again, and happy hour drinks for hotel residents until 8pm made it very reasonable indeed. Views were as incredible as the hospitality. Location of hotel also great, easy walk to 2 BTS stations (on the 2 different lines ) and Lumphini park. Easy access to / from airport via ARL and BTS. Hotel even operates a free shuttle to Chit Lom BTS station, and we made it from hotel to BKK airport in one hour exactly door to door using hotel shuttle/ BTS from Chit Lom / ARL from Phaya Thai. Easy even with bags, and no sitting around in Bangkok traffic. All is all, a great stay thank you.
