I’ve been doing facial hair removal as a guy for about 3 years, so I’m very familiar with how the process works. I explained from the start that I only need maintenance every 4–6 months at this point, and I also mentioned several times that I’m comfortable with a higher intensity setting because I’m used to the procedure. Unfortunately, it felt like everything I said was ignored. The session was done with very low intensity, and despite repeating that I don’t mind stronger settings, nothing was adjusted. What was most surprising is that the entire procedure took about 5 minutes. At other clinics I’ve gone to that actually take their time and care about the results, it usually takes at least 30 minutes just for my face, which shows the contrast. They also kept insisting that I need to come back every 3 weeks. Given how rushed the session was and how low the settings were, it honestly gave the impression that the goal was to do a minimal job so I’d have to keep returning. I had seen another review mentioning a similar issue and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately my experience confirmed it.

Regretfully, the laser hair removal services at the clinic did not meet expected professional standards. The treatment process was notably time-inefficient, and the results lacked the precision typically associated with effective laser hair removal procedures. Upon assessment, the equipment utilized appears to be inadequate for comprehensive hair removal treatments and may be better suited for cosmetic enhancement purposes rather than substantive hair reduction. Consequently, I would not recommend this service for male clients requiring extensive body hair removal treatments. I trust this feedback will be valuable for quality improvement considerations.
