My first visit to Cenvaree Spa, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and flexible. I called directly, there were plenty of available time slots, and when I asked to move the appointment earlier, the team kindly accommodated the request without hesitation — a small detail that already speaks of high service standards. We booked a 1-hour relaxing oil massage for two. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team, offered warm towels and complimentary tea, and asked to fill in a short wellness form to personalize the treatment (health conditions, focus areas, pressure preferences). Our private treatment room was spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed: • Two massage beds • A large private jacuzzi (optional, included within the treatment time) • Separate shower and toilet • Full amenities with the hotel’s own spa-branded cosmetics The spa facilities are impressive — multiple themed rooms (including Moroccan-style rooms), a hammam, sauna, hot jacuzzi, and relaxation areas. There is also a refined retail section offering spa products for hair, face, and body. The massage itself was outstanding. I chose lemongrass oil, which was gently warmed before application, adding an extra layer of comfort. My therapist, Choepet, was excellent — attentive, intuitive, and professional. She checked the pressure several times and adjusted perfectly. I drifted into sleep twice during the session, which says everything about the quality of the massage. My partner fell asleep completely — which, frankly, is the best compliment a spa can receive. After the treatment, we were served a delicious ginger tea with dried fruits, and invited to leave feedback. Cenvaree Spa delivers a true luxury spa experience — calm, refined, impeccably organized, and deeply relaxing. Been there for Jurlique facial with mom back to early August, it was amazing. Cozy private environment and professional therapist. Worth for money! Photos are the resting area and tea after facial.

My experience at the hotel’s spa on the 26th floor was mixed. The 90-minute full-body massage with therapist Mint was exceptional—relaxing and focused on my tense areas, making it the best massage I’ve ever had. However, the foot massage was average, so I’d recommend choosing the full-body treatment. Complimentary tea and preserved fruits were a nice touch at the end. On another occasion, two of us had the facial treatment, which was disappointing. We weren’t informed that it excluded extractions or standard facial steaming equipment. For nearly SGD 50, it felt like basic exfoliation and cream application, which seemed misleading. After raising this concern, the hotel duty manager addressed it professionally by offering alternatives.
