I came for a relaxing massage and Khun Ben did a great job. I did one of the packages, and because I’m staying at the hotel there was a discount card from the front desk for massage between 10-4. She adjusted to my needs for lighter pressure at some points, and the warm compresses were a lovely addition. I was also able to use the steam room and shower afterward. It is a relaxing atmosphere. There were a few interruptions where coworkers came into the room and were talking (several times) but otherwise it was relaxing. Thank you!

Booked a Thai massage and the experience was excellent. Pressure was spot on, and the stretching was a great release. Would book again.

Ben is the best foot massage person in Bangkok. It’s worth every penny seeing her. I would surely come back next time

This is the 3rd time I stay this hotel. First 2 was avarage but last one was disaster. “Do not disturb” was not effective on house keeping. Every morning they are coming if the button is on or off. Doesnt matter. If they are not coming, front desk is calling for no reason. Under the name of renovation, there is no electricity. We were sweating in room. In Thailand outside was cool then inside. While I am checking out I was complaining about the issues and there is one guy in front desk he was smiling like mocking. He said and there is 100 baht extra for coffee I had. Even they have 0 care. Never again, who come this hotel should be aware its not hotel its only room that you may stay in 15 or 20 euro standart mansion.

TLDR: Overpriced massage with incompetent masseuse though it is easy to book a massage same day. Overall, do not recommend Came here wanting to relieve my back pain. Told the employees when I first arrived that I have two slipped discs (herniated discs) in my back and asked the masseuse to be careful. They seemed to understand. I told my masseuse the same once in the room and mentioned I only wanted her to focus on my back, given the back pain. For some reason, she thought it necessary to also work on my arms and legs. Once she started massaging my head, I reminded her to only focus on my back. She then performed stretches typical in a Thai massage and I had to stop her, sharing that this isn’t good for back pain/someone with slipped discs. This happened twice Overall, it didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing let alone could help someone with back pain. Pretty sure I left with more back pain than I came in with. Suggest going elsewhere, especially if you have back pain. By far the most expensive massage I paid for in Thailand with the worst results, no wonder no one else was there on a Sunday
