Spring hair salon

People were nice, but the haircutter totally didn’t understand what a want, even throw 15 minutes consulations. The hairstyle was done carelessly, and I feel like it was finished halfway through a regular haircut. After asking for corrections and a trim, the hairdresser only weighted down the hair at the back.

I have had a haircut at this salon before and was happy with the result so decided to come back for a hair color. Unfortunately the stylist did a terrible job, the color was uneven - root and length color did not match. After she blow dried my hair, we both noticed the color was uneven so she colored just the root again, but the color was still uneven. After 2 days I came back and a new stylist tried to fix it. Sadly he also did a very bad job. After 3 failed attempts to fix it I asked for my money back or some compensation, but they wanted the boss to color my hair for the 4th time. I declined because I have lost trust in this clinic. I paid extra for premium color and extra for thick hair and even tipped both stylists who ruined my hair as a goodwill gesture. I won’t return and do not recommend this clinic for hair coloring.

I found this place fairly pricey at 400Baht for a blow dry, but it didn’t hold as they didn’t use enough products or serum to keep it in place. I think they assigned me to junior stylists so the hairwash experience wasn’t great either. The salon looks great, and they gave me a blow dry appointment at short notice, but the experience wasn’t as good as at other salons in the area.
