Tried this place due to the high ratings but left disappointed. The therapists kept talking throughout the session, making it hard to relax. I felt sore afterward, and at one point, there was uncomfortable pressure on my spine. Not the relief I was hoping for.

I visited Suk Sarrn Massage & Spa with high expectations for a relaxing experience due to their 4.8 reviews on google, but unfortunately it fell short. While the staff were polite, the overall treatment was not as soothing as I expected. During the session, the therapists conversed for several minutes at a time, which made it difficult to fully unwind. The massage itself was also underwhelming—at times the pressure was directed along my spine in a way that felt uncomfortable rather than therapeutic. The 30-minute head massage was particularly disappointing, as it felt more like light scratching and hair-tousling than an actual massage. Sadly, I left without any relief for the tension and pain I’d hoped to address. I appreciate the courtesy of the team, but the quality of the massage and the atmosphere didn’t meet the standard I anticipated.
