Want to book for 40++ days but booking.com cannot be done so call direct end up price doesn't go down become more. Don't understand got business doesn't want .

The room I book just standard but I got the room with glass wall . And so noisy all night I can't sleep . I can hear everything the people walk to the another room and the shut the door . So disappointed about this hotel .I believe you can do better than now but your business is not for me .

The receptionist are really rude. She acts like she doesn’t care. She makes angry face and impatient. One receptionist acted like he couldn’t understand me like what? You could’ve at least learn English to work at hotel receptionist and my accent is clearly understandable.And there is no lock in toilet even if the room is twin bedroom. I highly don’t recommend this place.
