I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I first walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I stood there waiting until a staff member finally came out and handed me a pricing sheet without any explanation. I asked for a simple gel manicure with removal of my old gel. The nail technician mistakenly thought I had fake nail extensions even though they were my natural nails. I tried to explain, but there was a clear language barrier and she did not seem to understand basic English. She began cutting my nails extremly short. And used the machine to file my nail really thin and one of my finger nail is so red bcs its too thin. Another technician later told her that those were indeed my real nails, not extensions. The situation was upsetting enough that I started crying, and none of the staff offered comfort or even a tissue. Eventually, they gave my money back, A different technician then offered to redo my nails for free. Although I was hesitant, I agreed, and the final result looked decent, but the nails felt fragile and the overall experience was stressful and unprofessional. Not all technicians here seem equally trained, so the result depends on luck. If I wanted a blind box experience, Id go to Pop Mart not risk my natural nails. rather pay more elsewhere for consistent service. Very poor communication, lack of BASIC customer service. Everyone is so arrogant, and rough handling made this a very uncomfortable visit. I would not recommend this salon. Or maybe its just not my lucky day. This place sucks ruined my day and everything. Unacceptable After your reply : when I arrived, the technician was busy with another client, which I understand. However, no one acknowledge or greet me, and there was only conversation in Thai that I couldnt understand, which made me feel a bit unwelcomed. I normally wouldnt mention this, but given what happened with my nails, it added to the overall experience. I clearly said my nails were natural, not extensions. And honestly, they looked natural too even another technician could tell immediately. So I dont see how this was just a misunderstanding. It felt more like inexperience. My natural nails were originally strong and not flimsy. Now they are so thin that I cant even use them normally because they feel like they could break at any moment. I had healthy, strong nails before this experience. My left thumb nail, which was the only one that is not overfiled as much, is still strong which shows that this problem could have been avoided with proper technique and skill. I even heard another staff member say the technician who worked on me was new. If she was new, why was she allowed to work on clients right away without proper supervision? I spent a long time growing my natural nails just for them to be cut off roughly and overfiled until they hurt. She apologized and offered extensions, but that felt like going in for a trim and walking out bald, then being offered a wig as a solution. I grew my natural nails specifically to avoid extensions, so that completely missed the point. I’m honestly still in shock this even happened. The damage has already done! Also, the staff kept saying “PVC” without explaining what that meant. how was I supposed to know that refers to artificial nails? That just made the situation more confusing. At that point I said I didn’t want to continue because I had lost trust. However, after another technician stepped in and carefully reshaped my nails, I could see that she was skilled. That is why I agreed to let her finish my nails. Even though it was a bit ironic when she asked what shape I wanted my nails had already been cut down to the root, so there was barely anything left to shape. And the 500 THB was a TIP FOR HER for fixing my nail from the damage and did a good job. I do believe this salon has the strong potential to improve, to be honest the atmosphere and decoration is nice. However, this was unfortunately the worst experience Ive had at a nail salon, which is why I felt it was necessary to leave 1 star review.

I am going to leave a bad review though the girls were very sweet, the salon itself is nice and peaceful. Unfortunately, I experienced the worst damage to my nails in my life here. I came here in December just to remove my shellac on both feet and hands. A young lady who was obviously a trainee worked on my hands and she literally removed my nails together with the polish. My nails were pink and sensitive for weeks and I am going to attach a picture wha they look now after a month. It will take months for my nails to recover. Feet was done good, the other girl definitely knew what she was doing. I am now traumatized and dont think I iwll ever let anyone close to my nails with a machine.
