Thailand Pool Tables

After an initial misunderstanding regarding a defective dart, I contacted the shop. The issue was not resolved at first, but the store director, Mazen, personally stepped in, reviewed the case carefully and handled it professionally. He immediately offered a proper solution and sent a brand new set of darts at no cost. I received it quickly. I appreciate the seriousness and customer service demonstrated. Problems can happen anywhere, but what matters is how they are handled. In my case, the shop showed responsibility and professionalism. Thank you to Mazen and to Thailand Pool Tables. I can confidently recommend this shop.

Alex was a Great help and very informative information about the Stern Pinballs .dose ball and upright game machines . Lots of quality accessories too for the pool ,snooker and other games

I have used Thailand pool tables extensively over the last 5 years to complete my bar at home. Throughout this whole time they were fantastic with both communication, service and quality of product. The standard of installation is excellent and not once did anything require further attention. I would only recommend this company for any man cave products. 5 star all the way.
