The Basement Nightclub

Tourist trap and not fun. Search elsewhere. I've been here 4 times hoping for good edm and dancing, but never again. Security is paranoid and tip seeking despite doing nothing worthwhile. Security ran up on me twice, once for inserting a dental retainer which they though were drugs and another time when the bar girls and I were making jokes. I was completely sober and only drinking soda, yet treated me as if I was a belligerent drunk. I went to dance alone, but the bar girls squawk like hungry baby birds requesting 300 baht small beers despite saying no and ruin the good times. Plus the cover charge is lame. Even though I have a friend that works there, I'll never return. I hope this place either revamps or goes broke.

I came here and got a VIP table for my best friend’s bachelor party, I’m not actually a big fan of his wife so we’d been arguing a bit which is why I had to give a low score for the atmosphere. She’s not a bad person but she doesn’t appreciate his passion for art and thinks that our friendship doesn’t have proper boundaries. We were happy to have a comfortable sit down after a few hours in Soi Cowboy. My thighs were on fire. After a lovely separate shot and soft drink, served at different times we realised that in all our excitement we’d forgotten to eat! The evening was about to be completely ruined when my knight in white satin, Thong nI Krap arrived with a fine selection of beautiful crab sticks. This tuned the tone of the evening and by the time I’d dipped the second one into my friend, he’d all but forgotten that harpy he’s going to marry❤️

Average night club. Many girl and guy here. Entrance fees guy 300 and girl 200thb with free drink which not included coctails need to pay extra doesnt make any sense. The price at door discount 20% but if you order in side full price without discount😅. Good dancer and lot of spaces. For Thai girl have special price for them.
