The result is beautiful and exactly as agreed upon, no false promises. The clinic is clean, the staff and doctor are lovely and provided excellent advice. It wasn't as painful as I expected, and I was able to go back to work after only 3 days. 💞💞

The clinic is very good, I love it. I had breast augmentation surgery, They gave me all the support after the surgery and reassured me a lot. The surgery itself hurt a little, but I'm feeling very happy with my new chest.

Wasted time and felt disappointed. I intended to write a review after my flight back to Phuket. I arrived and waited. Okay, the power went out, unavoidable. I sat waiting to be the first case! Which is how it should have been! In the end, another patient was treated first. Later, I found out that she had a nose job 12 years ago, corrected and had scar tissue removed just 6 months prior. It's like cases that get a slot or have been discussed with at other clinics. I understood about 80% that it would be considered a new case. Or, if there wasn't a miscommunication causing wasted time, the clinic should have had necessary information, contracts, or initial questions sent to inform and ensure understanding. Based on my experience, many clinics do this!! But here, they just scheduled me for that day and time, and it should have been convenient. Importantly, I asked about the details and contract twice, even before the day I arrived. Finally, because of a communication error, they told me to wait so they could ask the doctor if it was a review case. I still paid the medication fee of 3000 baht. But after waiting, the doctor, nurses, and assistants all arrived, #I was already late! From my noon appointment!! It was almost 3 PM, and they still told me to wait to be the second case!!! In summary, the meeting was called in for a consultation. (I understand the scope of the work: a nose revision. As I mentioned, I've reviewed clinics and spoken with many doctors before. Ultimately, they said the details were already provided—that it's a new case, or a case specific to my situation. I understand that, but it's not that I didn't want more details to understand better. The clinic didn't elaborate and just gave me a summary that was completely unhelpful. They offered to do a skin dipping treatment, but I wasted a whole day and money on that, and it wasn't for that. I wanted to proceed with the procedure as agreed. The doctor would have agreed if I paid an additional 8000 baht. Is that fair? Based on the minimal information and the conclusion provided by the clinic, I'm trying to understand that while the scope of work I advertised might be correct, from my perspective, this isn't my first time doing this. Based on past conversations with many skilled doctors, they could conclude that it's a new case because I didn't need a revision; there's no scar tissue or silicone left on my nose.) I'm extremely disappointed and upset. I agreed to sit and wait the first, second, and third time, intending to try again, thinking it would be okay, even if it was just for one last case. I was determined to wait because I had planned to come all this way, to spend my time, and to fly back for this treatment. Ultimately, the lack of responsibility shown was unacceptable. They might know it's not a big deal to them, but I understand their perspective. If it were me, there should have been a better solution. I could have made as many video clips as the clinic wanted for reviews without any cost. Instead of taking responsibility for my wasted time, they made me pay extra and offered a different solution. The service and many other aspects were good; everyone was lovely, but the system itself wasn't bad. Honestly, today was a terrible day. It's not just a waste of time, it's a waste of money, and it's truly upsetting. What I wanted to hear was, if Dr. Khet wasn't ready today, they should have rescheduled or offered some kind of alternative, without me having to pay extra for this review. Otherwise, I would have just paid extra and wouldn't have had to wait this long without knowing when I would arrive. I was on time, but the clinic wasn't. Not only did they not ensure I was on time, but they also wasted my time. Finally, there's not much to say in terms of thank you and goodbye, but I wanted the team to know that there should have been a better way to resolve this issue, one where no one loses and everyone benefits. 🙏🏻 Because I wasted my time waiting unconditionally, even when they said "it's okay," or "anything is fine." The clinic wasn't punctual, causing me significant delays. Do you know I could have done something else that produced more results, profit, and value, creating a much better experience? #Importantly, I didn't come from far away; I came from Ayutthaya, and I even asked my sister, who should have been waiting for me from the time of my appointment until the time she should have been finished, to go home so I could get home myself. In the end, she had to go home alone, feeling completely unsatisfied. I've never written a review like this before, and this has never happened to me. Even if a mistake like this happened to me, some other reputable companies would handle it better.
