For years I have always gone to the same hairdresser. I’m a very loyal person and when I trust someone with my hair, I usually never change. However, my hairdresser is currently on maternity leave and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see her for a long time. While traveling in Bangkok, I had heard that the city is known for its talented hair artists, so I decided to do a bit of research and discovered The London Hair Salon. I booked my appointment through WhatsApp and the process was incredibly easy. I was honestly impressed by the availability — I managed to get an appointment only two days later. From the moment I arrived at the salon, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. Even with the small language barrier, the team immediately made me feel at home. I showed a picture of the hair color I wanted. Normally I always get balayage, but Aom, my hairdresser, immediately understood that the result I wanted was actually more of a lightning technique. She instantly knew what to do and started working her magic. Everyone in the salon was incredibly kind and professional. The owner was there and she was such a lovely person. The assistant helping Aom was also amazing — she gave me a shoulder/back/head massage that I will honestly never forget. I had several massages while traveling in Thailand, but none of them had hands like hers. I walked out of the salon with a color that was even more beautiful than I had hoped for. The service, the professionalism, and the overall experience were exceptional. Since then, all my friends and colleagues have been telling me how amazing my hair looks. A huge thank you to Aom for her talent, expertise, and professionalism. Thank you to the owner for the delicious drink she offered me, and thank you to the assistant for the unforgettable massage. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I recommend this salon 100% to anyone looking for an amazing hair experience in Bangkok.

Truly obsessed with the results!! Went in just for the consultation but ended up walking out with amazing results, Aom walked me through the entire process and explained everything very well before we proceeded with the hair coloring also gave me recommendations of products I should use for better results, she’s also very sweet and felt very comfortable and welcomed during the whole time being there. Definitely will be going back before I leave Thailand!!

I had such a wonderful experience at this hair salon in Bangkok! From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing and professional. Aom did my hair and she was absolutely amazing. She is not only talented and skilled, but also so sweet. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice, making me feel completely comfortable and confident. I highly recommend this salon, and especially Aom, to anyone looking for a high-quality and enjoyable hair experience in Bangkok. I will definitely come back next time I’m in the city!
