The Lounge (K Village)

I have wavy hair and do regular rebonding every 6 months for easier maintenance. I had no issues with other hair salons from Singapore and Auckland as I lived in Singapore before and now live in Auckland. During my vacation to Thailand in Nov 2025, I did my hair rebonding at the Lounge Hair Salon K Village on 12 Nov 2025 and it costed me 10K+ baht. So it’s considered expensive as in Bangkok and the price is almost same as Singapore/Auckland. I expected they could give me a good result due to their service and price like the price meets international range. But my hair is totally damaged after rebonding there. Especially the ends of hair are dry, curl and split. It’s been a month, I am still struggling with my hair and have been stressing. I have to use a lot of hair mask, hair oil and hair serum to recover my hair now. As reasons, it might be whether their stylist doesn’t know how to do rebonding properly or the products they used is not good. So I do not recommend The Lounge Hair Salon for hair rebonding. A side note, their service is good, but their competent isn’t.

Its 2025 and there is still a hairdresser that cut your hair way shorter than the ref you show to them, even you have addressed many many times you dont like that short, it makes your life harder but still. OMG!

If you want modern hairstyles, don’t come here. It’s not worth the money. I paid 1,800 Baht for simple haircuts with bangs (with clear reference and instructions) and they couldn’t pull it off. I’ve been a repeat customer for many years and now it’s time to stop coming here.
