I had an IV vitamin infusion and I am so impressed with the service and the professionalism I received from all the staff . The clinic is spotless and very comfortable. The nurse who took care of me was extremely caring and professional . I will definitely return to the clinic for more treatments .

I paid around 50,000 for the treatment course, but I have only attended about four sessions so far. I contacted both the clinic and the former sales representative who introduced me to the course (now at her new workplace) to follow up on my treatment receipt. I was told that a sales representative would call me back two days ago, but I still have not received any response. It seems that communication and follow-up were more attentive at the beginning, but support has declined since then. In addition, I have not received the blood test results from three months ago, which I was promised. During the blood test, the nurse also caused noticeable bruising on my arm. I would appreciate a clear explanation and proper follow-up, as well as assurance that feedback will be handled professionally.
