I've had quite a few thai massages over the years, but I would say that this is up there as one of the best. Yai (the trainer) got into places i didn't know existed... I will definitely go back one day !!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Grand Dala Massage in Bangkok. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled - one of the best massages I’ve had in Thailand. Pressure was perfectly tailored, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Great value for the quality of service, and the attention to detail really stood out. I would 100% recommend Grand Dala Massage and will definitely return on my next visit to Bangkok.

I never leave 1‑star reviews — but this place isn’t even worth 1 star. I booked a 4‑hand massage expecting a relaxing experience. Instead, I got the “public spectacle” package. No private room, no curtain — just me, shirtless, in full view of about ten people casually getting their foot massages and probably wondering why I was on display. The massage area was so tiny that when they stretched my leg, it smacked straight into the wall. Not even a wipe‑down with a hot towel at the end. And the cherry on top? When I walked out, no one even asked how my massage was — which says a lot about the level of care here. Then I noticed they have a sign offering 10% off if you leave them a 5‑star review. That says it all. For the price, I expected peace, privacy, and at least a hint of hospitality. Instead, I got a cramped fishbowl experience, a silent goodbye, and a push for fake glowing reviews. Never again.
