I visited Truefitt & Hill Central Embassy about two weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The front team was extremely professional, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The service truly reflects the brand’s high standards. I would highly recommend this branch and will definitely be returning again.

Truefitt and Hill Central Embassy isn't a simple barber shop, but the place to have a perfect shave in Bangkok. Loyd took a great care of me and did an amazing job, very accurate and professional. Definitely worth the visit.

Truefitt & Hill at Central Embassy is truly one of the best places in Bangkok to get a haircut. The salon is elegant, very clean, and offers excellent service from start to finish. I had the pleasure of meeting Master Chadi, who is an exceptional barber with a great personality — professional, respectful, and highly skilled. He gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had since living in Bangkok. I strongly recommend making an appointment in advance and requesting Chadi for your next visit. Highly recommended!

Negative Reviews
Disappointed. This barbershop is not prepared to work with long hair, and the price is not worth it. I visited Truefitt & Hill (Central Embassy). Considering the premium image and the price, I expected a high level of service and professional work. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations — especially for clients with long hair. 1) Hair wash only before the haircut My hair was washed only before the haircut, but not after. As a result, I left the barbershop without the feeling of a finished premium service. In a high-end barbershop, you should leave fully “ready” and clean, especially at this price level. 2) Conditioner was used only after I asked — and in a strange way At first, no conditioner was used at all. It was applied only after I specifically asked for it, and for some reason after the haircut, on wet hair. With long hair, conditioner should be a standard part of the process, not something added at the end. 3) “Zero” cut was not achieved I asked for a section of my head to be cut to zero (no visible hair). The barber used clippers without a guard, but it still wasn’t truly “zero” because a shaver was not used, so hair was still left. In a good barbershop, “zero” usually means the result is finished properly. 4) Hair was not fully dried Hair should be completely dry at the end of the service. Mine was not dried properly, and tying wet hair into a bun is uncomfortable and not good for the scalp. 5) Unprofessional handling of long hair It felt like the barber was simply not experienced with long hair. There was no proper brush/comb for long hair, the hair was unnecessarily messed up, and then they tried to detangle it with a flat comb that couldn’t go through the length properly. This made the process uncomfortable and looked unprofessional. Final thoughts I paid almost 3,000 THB for this haircut, but I did not get premium quality or premium service. Overall, I left disappointed. I would not recommend this place for clients with long hair.
