  The stylist is skilled, but communication is a serious issue. If you bring a reference, make sure to show both front and back. Otherwise, you may get what I did: ✔ Front matches the reference ✘ Back looks completely different I expected a clear, long-lasting C-curve. It looked fine at first, but in less than 2 weeks, the curl was basically gone.(as shown in the photo) No C-curve left. Another red flag: inconsistent pricing. I was told the fix would cost 200 THB on the phone. At the salon, I was told the work already matched the reference (front only). Any further fix? 1,000 THB, same day only — or the price would change. BUT Even the stylist's assistant warned me not to fix it now because my hair was already dry and could be damaged. I walked away. Too many communication gaps, mixed messages, and pressure tactics. If you click with this stylist, good for you. For me, it wasn’t worth the risk. P.s. 1st photo is my hair 2nd photo -- Just wanna put it as a ref for the stylist who may not understand what c curve hair at the back really mean

  I had an appointment booked, but when I reached they said it was packed and I had to come another day. No explanation, compensation, no sorry just they couldn’t do anything. My time was wasted and I was treated very rudely.
