This was my first time here. I got a root straightening and end curling treatment from stylist Yai 🐰🍒✨. The curls were S-shaped, tight and beautiful. It's easy on my life because on weekdays it looks like naturally wavy hair but with a nice shape. The salon is clean and airy. I came here because a friend recommended it. I recommend making an appointment in advance. I parked at the next mall, All Seasons I think; parking cost 110 baht in the building.

This is a small hair salon with great value at ฿1290, no extra charges. I arrived before opening time at 9:40 AM, and the staff invited me to wait while they set up the salon. The process I remember is: when I arrived, the stylist assessed my hair and asked about any previous chemical treatments. My last treatment was 14 months ago (over a year), so my hair was in good condition, so they proceeded immediately. They applied the first chemical solution, avoiding the ends, left it on for 20 minutes, then rinsed and shampooed (the stylist at the shampooing station was very good, explaining the process and helping me get up). Next, they blow-dried my hair, applied the second solution, left it on for a while, and then blow-dried it completely. This last step was the longest because they gently dried the hair while it was still in chemical solution (so gently I almost fell asleep!). Then they straightened my hair with a straightener. After it was straight, they applied a cream (I'm not sure if it was a treatment, but I think it was), left it on for another 10 minutes, and then rinsed and shampooed again. This time it was a thorough wash, including a hair massage. Finally, they blow-dried my hair again. My hair was straight and shiny. They asked if I wanted the ends curled inwards or left straight. I chose not to have it blow-dried further because my hair was tired. The stylist applied a hair treatment before finishing the service and told me I could wash my hair right away, no need to wait 2-3 days. (I did wash it as soon as I got home because it was very hot and humid.) I blow-dried it myself, and it was fairly straight, not stiff, with some curls at the ends. Pros: 1. Good price. 2. Fast and efficient teamwork (started at 10 am, finished at 11:40 am. My hair was mid-back length, but not thick.) 3. Clean restroom, clean salon, bright lighting. Areas for improvement: 1. Some team members were gossiping about customers in the inbox. Providing information and understanding should be about customer service, not making sarcastic remarks. (For example, I asked if my hair would stay straight for a long time, and the stylist sarcastically said, "Oh, new growth will just be curly again, unless your hair doesn't grow longer." As a customer listening, I was shocked. I was worried about what would happen if I left.) 2. Appointments should be clearer. I overheard people complaining about this while getting their hair done. 3. The storefront isn't clearly visible. There should be brighter lighting for the hair salon, or a notice to customers that it's not the pink-colored salon to prevent them from entering the wrong place. (There are many hair salons in that area, so you might go into the wrong one if you don't read the signs.)

I went to get my hair done today, my first time ever. When I arrived, I went upstairs. The stylist was so lovely, greeted me politely, was very friendly and had a great smile. She asked about my hair, what kind of style I wanted, and was very attentive. When it was finished, it looked amazing! I loved it so much, and the price was great too. Go there if you're still hesitant! It's truly beautiful. (P.S. The stylist was a tall, fair-skinned man; I didn't dare ask his name.) I'll definitely be back again.
