**their reply informed me to send feedback by email but no one response to my email even resending done! I am writing this to express my deep disappointment regarding my experience at this branch on 5 March 2026. My group arrived at 18:30. The exact start time of the Tapas & Wine Buffet—specifically to enjoy this event, but we were turned away despite having made a reservation. The breakdown in service was significant: • Contradictory Instructions: We followed the instructions on your Facebook page, which explicitly stated that guests should call to make a reservation for the buffet. • Booking Discrepancy: Upon arrival, your staff stated our booking was for "a la carte" only. We made the reservation with the specific intent of attending the buffet, and we were never informed during the booking process that it would be restricted. • Conflicting Policies: We were told by the staff that the buffet was "walk-in only," which directly contradicts your social media promotion. • Lack of Accommodation: Despite arriving on time at 18:30, we were told the buffet was already "fully booked," leaving us with no opportunity to participate in the event we had planned our evening around. It is disheartening when a restaurant’s internal booking process doesn't align with its public marketing. We were looking forward to this event, and this experience has left us feeling that our time was not valued. I hope you can address these internal miscommunications so future guests do not face the same disappointment. • Dismissive Staff Attitude: What made this experience worse was the way we were treated by your staffs. Rather than attempting to resolve the misunderstanding or showing empathy, we were made to feel like our error was the cause of the problem. We were treated as though we were a nuisance, leaving us feeling belittled and entirely unwelcome. It is one thing to have a booking error, but it is another to be made to feel small when we had done our due diligence as customers. We were looking forward to a pleasant evening, but this lack of respect and poor communication has left a very sour impression. I hope you can address these service standards so future guests do not feel humiliated the way we did. And the worst thing was how two ladies took action! Their tone of voice, their body language, their face were so unexpected to be a service person at all especially this branch is in an exceptional location. One of them seems to be head of team or shift. And they will not be given any star!

Great food as always, great order process and serving 👌 After lunch and cleaning table ; absolutely no interaction from the 10+ employees standing around the cashier talking... 1 single customer cant even be taken care of even i told an employee that I wanted to order more !!! Will prioritise other restaurants in the future
