The entire experience at ZAP - from start to finish - was exceptional! They were quick to respond to my request for a hair colour appointment with an hour's notice, listened to what I wanted, gave great advice and looked after me the whole time. The pricing was great and I LOVE my hair! I'll definitely be coming back when I next come to Bangkok.

A great haircut at a very reasonable price! All the ladies were super sweet, and the hair washing (included with the cut) included a really nice head massage. Plus they brought me a tea! Very very happy with my haircut, I’ll definitely be back!

The ladies at Zap are amazing. I walked in off the street and they looked after me so well. They coloured and cut my hair and did an amazing job. I am so happy with the result. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking to get your hair done in BKK. Thank you lovely ladies.
