ZENVA - Private Onsen & Spa

The spa is located on the 3rd floor of SeenSpace Thonglor. I booked the private Sakura onsen room, which includes a hot onsen bath, a cold plunge, and a steam room. The facilities felt quite new and the room was very private, making the whole experience feel calm and exclusive. The hot onsen was nicely warm, while the cold plunge was extremely cold, great for the full contrast experience, though beginners might need a moment to get used to it. The spa also had a lovely relaxing scent that gave the space a luxurious atmosphere. Soft jazz music was playing in the background, which felt refreshing since most spas usually play piano music, adding a more sophisticated vibe. I also tried the Vietnamese hair spa and facial massage, and the massage was excellent. The therapist was especially good at working on the neck, shoulders, and upper back, the pressure was just right and really helped release tension. There were only a couple of small things. The towels had a slightly unusual smell, and the private room doesn’t have its own toilet, so you need to step outside to use the restroom. However, it’s located right next to the spa area, so it wasn’t inconvenient and is understandable since the spa is inside a commercial space. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. The spa felt private, relaxing, and luxurious, and I would definitely come back again. For the price, it felt well worth it.

This is a game-changer if you’re a beginner or a couple looking for a romantic escape. • Customization: You can actually choose your "bath minerals" based on Japanese hot spring profiles (like Noboribetsu for muscle aches ) • The Soak: The private tubs are spacious and kept at a perfect 40°C–42°C. They even provide a bucket of ice water to help you regulate your temperature while you soak. • The Extras: After your 30–45 minute soak, the transition to a Thai-Aroma massage is seamless. They finish the session with hot tea and a small snack.

This was truly an accidentally stumbled on this hidden gem. Cold plunge, hot onsen and steam room combined + massage was an amazing combo . And discount (2 hr experience) was just 2222thb Massage was very relaxing and they had streaming services too. Can connect your own Bluetooth earphones. Unbelievably good!
