Full disclosure, I’ve actually not had any service done at this clinic. But the reason behind that is what I’m writing a review for. I’ve called this clinic about 10 times over the course of the last 2 months to get a consultation and every time I’ve called, either the doc is off (on-leave) that day or they’re fully booked. Fully booked is a great sign but I’m confused as to how come the doc can be on an off day this many times during the opening hours. I’ve also asked what other services I can do if the doc is off, and they say none - so what’s the point of being open? It might be a communication issue but I would say this is hardly good service, even if it’s before the actual service itself.
