Premier Suite room is large. I like the separartion of living room and bedroom. I stayed on 7th and 8th Fl. Both rooms have loud air-conditioners. The air-con of the room on the 8th floor was smelly. I had to open the window and thus the mosquito got in. It was a terrible night. I should have changed the room but I thought the smell might not last long. However it lasted from 5.30pm to the time I went to bed at 1 am.

The staff made my stay comfortable and welcoming. Great location with shortcut access to the main-road where 7/11 and the MRT is located. The on-site café had excellent coffee and pastries, and the pool area was relaxing while waiting for laundry. My room was spacious with stable Wi-Fi, and security was attentive, helping with Grab taxi pickups. After 5N, I moved closer to Chinatown for more dining options, but overall enjoyed the calm, corporate environment at Abloom.

hotel was very near bts via shortcut but I felt like there was nothing much in the immediate vicinity. They had Nice staff who helped to check the two exits for vehicles whenever we ordered grab. I was fortunate enough to stay in the newer building. Bottles of drinking water provided but not much other free amenities in room typical of service apartment. Nice pool and gym and small restaurant. Main bed is big and is comfortable . Additional bed is not very comfortable though. Hair dryer umbrella and safe provided . No room slipper. Nice kitchenette and fridge sofa area with smart tv and many channels. Humble breakfast buffet area. Hot water wasn’t very consistent

I stayed at Abloom for 4 nights. This was my 2nd stay & unfortunately, I was very disappointed with both the room condition and the service. The day-shift staff were wonderful, however the night-shift receptionist (an older gentleman, likely in his 40s or 50s — I didn’t catch his name) was rude on multiple occasions. When I called to report that the room I had just moved into had a smell, his attitude was dismissive and unpleasant. The following night, when my toilet became clogged, I went down to reception to request maintenance & encountered the same receptionist again, who was once more very rude. While maintenance was provided, the receptionist’s behavior was appalling. One of the main reasons I returned to Abloom was because of my previous experience, but after this stay, I would not come back or recommend it to others. The rooms are spacious, but the photos on Booking.com are quite misleading. The room was worn down, the sofa was stained & the toilet repeatedly clogged, requiring constant maintenance. The only positives are the convenient location and the impeccable lobby. Unfortunately, the rest of the property is not worth the price. There are better-maintained accommodations nearby with far better service, such as Bangkok Patio.

It’s my first time traveling abroad and I’ve had to deal with a shower that keeps switching between hot and cold. I asked for it to be fixed, but even on the last day I still ended up having to shower with cold water. I won’t be coming back here again. They couldn’t even provide a basic hot shower. A very bad experience. I’m really unhappy.😵😵😵😵
