The swimming pool is separate for men and women, so not ideal for couples. Location is far from the main attractions and shopping. I stayed at the Al Meroz Hotel Bangkok for over a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always there to help with a smile, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. However, the stainless steel hook on the bathroom door was loose and had fallen off. I told the receptionist, Muay, and she quickly arranged for a repairman to fix it. I was very grateful for her warm and thoughtful assistance. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
