From the very first moment, Aman Bangkok delivered an arrival experience that was nothing short of exceptional. Being personally greeted at 06:30 by Khun Ted, General Manager and the Director of Rooms set the tone for what would become a memorable stay. The warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. The room itself was sonething expected. Serene, tranquil, and beautifully composed. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and understated luxury. Housekeeping service was absolutely top-notch; discreet yet precise throughout our stay. Our culinary journey began at the Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant, Hiori. The first dinner was delightful both the culinary and service were well balanced and refined. The afternoon tea experienceon the following day was impressive, with both savory and sweet selections presented with finesse. Dinner on the second evening at Arva was beautifully équilibré and sophisticated yet approachable. I particularly appreciated the champagne and wine selections. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the tiramisu, a perfect finale. What truly distinguishes Aman Bangkok, however, is the service. From arrival through every outlet, the team was consistently warm, welcoming, and gracious. Being recognized and addressed by name throughout the stay added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. A sanctuary of calm in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this property and the experience was excellent in every respect. The hotel stands out for its refined and deeply relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for those seeking both comfort and exclusivity. Every space is thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained, creating a true sense of harmony and well-being. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness, ensuring impeccable service throughout the entire stay. The spa and pool facilities are of an outstanding standard, exceptionally well organized and maintained. The culinary offering was equally impressive, with well-executed dishes and prompt, efficient room service. The hotel also features an excellent omakase restaurant, where I had the pleasure of dining with friends. The evening was particularly enjoyable, thanks to the refined cuisine and elegant atmosphere. Special thanks to Michele, the Hospitality Manager, for his dedication, warmth, and genuine ability to make guests feel truly welcome. A high-level hospitality experience that I would confidently recommend.

We stayed two nights there last week, the experiences have been exceptionally impressive. We enjoyed the food including a delicious Teppanyaki dinner and excellent breakfast. The room is spacious and extremely comfortable, the services are very personalized and warm. Above all, we like the visit of Nai Lert Park Heritage Home where we learned more of the Lert family and their contributions to Thailand and understood more of the unique and fantastic building as well garden.
