Lovely hotel! The hotel is off the main street so quiet but also in a great place to get around. The rooms were clean and tidy, they were large enough that two off us didn't feel on top of each other. The bathroom was clean and the rooms didn't come across tired, bed was comfy and room serviced well. I would recommend staying here.

Had a great stay here. We were in room 306 which was very spacious, quiet and in good shape. The bed was firm and comfortable, though the pillows were too thick for me. Location was good for what you paid, walking distance from the BTS and a reasonable cab from many attractions (pending the traffic) and felt pretty safe. It also had two smart TVs with streaming which was great for unwinding in the evening, though the TV in the sitting room should be replaced. They also had body soap and shampoo, but no conditioner which would have been nice. Overall, would recommend!

I booked this room, specifically room 103, and there were many issues. 1. The room faces a construction site directly, so it is most likely noisy during the day. 2. The main issue is that room 103 has a very strong smell, either mold or dampness. As someone with allergies, I noticed it immediately and could not stay in the room at all after entering. I started coughing right away and felt unwell. It was simply impossible for me to stay in the room. I asked the staff if there were any available rooms and if they could change my room. Both times they said there were no rooms available and that they could not change it. As a result, I had to urgently look for another hotel, where they allowed me to see the room first, after which I immediately booked it. (I arrived at night after a flight to Thailand. Agree that when you haven’t slept for a full day and then have to look for another place to stay because the original one turned out to be unacceptable, it’s not very pleasant.) Conclusion: I do not recommend booking non-refundable rooms or booking without a personal inspection. Only after checking and if everything suits you should you make a booking. !!! I won’t say anything about the other rooms — maybe they’re fine — but room 103 is very bad because of this mold.

The room (room 103) was bad enough that for the first time in my life, I asked to change rooms and when they couldn't, I refused it and found a last-minute room at a different hotel. The first impression of the room was a towel across the entrance step into the room. The next impression was that it was quite a large room, followed quickly by an odd, unpleasant smell that immediately made me wonder if I could sleep with it. There was also a large, free-standing dehumidifier/ aircon unit in the room, which was odd as there are also two fixed aircon units already in the room and appeared to be working. The room is on the ground floor, and the only source of natural light is a small patio door to the rear of the room. The curtain was closed when I went in the room and when I opened it I realised there would be next to no natural light coming into the room, as it backed straight onto a dark, narrow and secluded alley way, that immediately made me think security risk. I tried to put that to one side, but when I saw that all the electrical sockets next to the bed had tape over them, saying "unable to use", I decided the room wasn't safe enough to stay in and I went to reception to start the process of trying to change rooms, to which they said they were fully booked. So I checked-out without staying and found another local hotel instead for the night. Another point to note about the room - bathroom is small, with just a shower curtain separating the shower area and toilet. The only basin is outside the bathroom, in what looks like the kitchen area.
