Hotel is located near city center close to shopping centers like Siam Paragon, Central World. Close to BTS station. Beautifully decorated interior. Hotel is dated but renovated. Sound insulation was poor. There are no elevators to parking garage or fitness center. There are several high end restaurants in premise. We only tried the buffet breakfast and The Spice Market. Buffet breakfast is not bad. The Spice Market was excellent. Fitness center state of the art with air conditioning. Hotel room was clean. There were Nest Cafe machine, electric water pot and mini refrigerator in room. Friendly staffs.

The moment we got pick up by the airport…. Driver ( Mr. Suriya) was professional and warm welcome. Loves the idea come with coffee and juice in the car! At Check in Reception was fast and helpful. After direct flight 16 hr. Comfy bed is haven! At The breakfast: very good selection we are really enjoyed! Room: currently renovating at the hotel but it’s doesn’t affect us. Lobby: very nice ideas for live music piano playing at the lobby. I adore Ms. Nokky been so Amazing every single time I’m back to the hotel. Reservation Ms.Boom. Go above and beyond for her work for send the email back and forth between. Thank you to all the team to make my Anniversary special!
