Arcadia Suites Bangkok

The Aracadia Suites is a small hotel that is very cosy and personal. Although the interior of the room is abit dated and old (room smells musty everytime we came back) and that the toilet door was not working when we checked in, the service staff and crew were very personable and with excellent working and service attitude doing their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Right down to the F&B staff who are attentive and friendly. Overall a pleasant place to stay in for families. They have a decent size pool and a small steam room and gym which was well maintained! One downside is the location as it is not conveniently located along the main transport nodes but that is ok as we were aware when we booked and the hotel also provide complimentary "tuk tuk" service to transport node and Central Embassy. :)

My family and I stayed in the kids' suites. The children's bedroom was very nicely decorated, and my child really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and played with my kids. There is a convenient BTS shuttle. The room was clean, and even though our room was only on the 2nd floor, it was very convenient because the restaurant, swimming pool, and fitness center are also on the 2nd floor. I definitely recommend staying here.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Arcadia Suites Bangkok. The staff were professional, polite, and always ready to assist. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk from the BTS station and several great dining options. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.Reception also so nice
