Arnoma Grand Bangkok feels like a classic city hotel that still knows how to take care of its guests. Sitting right in the heart of the Ratchaprasong area, it’s incredibly convenient, with major malls and transport just steps away, yet once you’re inside, the pace slows down noticeably. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a layout that feels practical rather than cramped. Everything is clean and well maintained, and while the design leans more classic than trendy, it adds to the sense of ease and familiarity. After a long day out in Bangkok, coming back to a quiet, comfortable room here feels reassuring. Service is where Arnoma Grand quietly shines. Staff are polite, attentive, and efficient, always ready to help with directions, transport arrangements, or small requests without fuss. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and you get the sense that they’re experienced in hosting guests from all over the world. The hotel facilities add to the experience. There’s a pool for a quick dip to escape the heat, a gym if you want to stay active, and dining options that are reliable and convenient. Breakfast is generous and satisfying, offering a good mix of local and international choices to start the day. Arnoma Grand Bangkok may not try to be flashy, but that’s exactly its strength. It’s dependable, comfortable, and perfectly located. If you’re looking for a solid stay in central Bangkok where everything just works, this is a hotel you can trust.

Location is strategic for those who want quick walking distance to erawan shine, plathunam mall, central mall, siam paragon including take a walk via nearest bts station (Chit lom) to famous spots in Sukhumvit or Chatuchat. The room (705) has been refurbished a year or two ago. Basic with bathtab and cold aircon. Facilities provided may not be very complete as other 4-5 stars hotel. But rather look on the pro side of the hotel I suggest. It will be the best if they replace or purify the floor mat along the walkway that has minor unfavorable smell. Swimming pool is nice, has cover and uncover area that larger than most hotels in BKK. Buffet is good that offering local and western cuisines with reasonable choices. The restaurant is very clean. The two gentleman standing in the main entrance with suit or toxedo to welcome guests are extremely polite and sincere. I like their service attitude. Very professional.

I would like to share my feedback based on my recent stay at your hotel, with the hope that it can help improve your services in the future. Firstly, cleanliness needs more attention. Some of the toilets at the lobby were not clean, which gave a poor first impression. In addition, housekeeping service should be improved. During one of my stays, basic amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrush, and sufficient towels were missing. I believe housekeeping staff per floor should be increased to ensure rooms are properly checked and maintained. Secondly, the breakfast experience needs improvement. The waiting time was very long, similar to standing in a queue, which made it uncomfortable for guests. Regarding staff service, it was inconsistent. Some days the staff were friendly and smiling, but on other days they appeared angry and unprofessional, especially one staff member at the courier/service counter. I strongly suggest more staff training on customer service and communication. Lastly, the room facilities were not sufficient. One of the rooms I stayed in had poor facilities that require repair and refinement. Overall, I believe the hotel has potential, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, staff professionalism, housekeeping, and room facilities. I hope my feedback will be taken positively for future improvements.

I have stayed at Arnoma Grand several times over the past few years, and I’ve always appreciated the service. This trip, however, was quite different. I was travelling with my 5-month-old baby and a larger family group, so I expected check-in to be a bit more complex — but not stressful. At the front desk, the staff member who assisted us (name starting with “P”) seemed visibly annoyed even though only two of us were at the counter carrying our infants. We had two bookings made on different platforms, and one of our phones had an internet issue, so we couldn’t access one of the booking details. We explained this, but she repeatedly asked us to “sit down” without offering any solution. We were anxious because we couldn’t retrieve the booking information, and we were told we could only get Wi-Fi after check-in (it was around 12pm+, and rooms would only be ready at 2pm). Only much later did she mention she could look up our reservation using our passports — which immediately solved the problem. This simple solution would have helped tremendously if it had been mentioned from the start instead of after we were already stressed and confused. After settling our rooms, there was a queue behind me, so I queued again for another enquiry. She saw me and gave an annoyed look, as if wondering why I returned — which made the experience feel even more uncomfortable. On the positive side, the concierge team was wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and some were even familiar from my previous stays. They assisted me with borrowing a fridge and freezer space for storing breastmilk, and I truly appreciate their kindness. However, I was surprised that the hotel does not have a deep freezer for cooling ice packs, which made things more difficult when travelling with an infant. The biggest concern, however, was the cleanliness of the room. We encountered four small cockroaches during our stay. This is extremely upsetting, especially with a young baby present. We were washing and drying the baby’s bottles and breast pump parts in the room, so having cockroaches in the area where an infant sleeps, feeds, and where feeding items are handled is simply unacceptable. Cleanliness and safety should be the top priority for any hotel — especially one that positions itself as family-friendly. Because of this, I no longer feel confident staying at Arnoma Grand again. While I have always liked the location and the excellent concierge team, this experience makes it very difficult for me to consider returning in the future.

Im not sure how this is a 4 star hotel but this was such a terrible experience even for one night. The hotel is outdated, old, run down in my opinion and smells like mildew in the lobby. The smell is profound throughout the floor we was on too and in our room. As I was getting ready to leave I saw a few roaches in the bathroom and around the common area. So the rooms are infested as well. The carpet is full of stains. The bathroom was not clean. Hair was found throughout the bathroom floor and in the drain. The shower head was full of mold. The vent looks like it hasn't been maintained and wiped down. I told the front desk about my stay and that the room had roaches in it and it was like he couldnt understand what I was saying. I even showed him pictures. The bell boys was very helpful and the hotel is in a good location but its not worth the stay. Its not worth a 1 star in ny opinion. Please take heed to the other negative reviews before booking here. This place is nasty and unacceptable to stay at.
