It’s great condo! I lived here for one year and it’s a bit sad to move out. Not far from BTS and there are so many stuff around, very convenient. However, the noise from the street is a bit loud sometimes and you can’t do anything about roaches. P.s. no serious damage after earthquake

I lived in this condo for 10 months .it's really beautiful view from the apartment .the building is very clean and tge common areas are well maintained staff is friendly and it's quite safe with all the amenities.

The condo itself is sturdy and well-built, with minimal damage from earthquakes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. However, one thing to be mindful of is the noise. The condo is not very quiet, with noise from neighbors and the main road. Onnut Road has ambulances that operate all night, which can be disruptive and make it difficult to sleep.
