Overall, good experience. But the room is small and the kitchen area is too crammed. Has a balcony. There are stairs up to the lobby, so might be difficult with many luggage. There's no Taxi drops off area, so people are dropped off on the street

great location and service, complimentary shuttle to BTS is a great addition! I stayed here for about a week, and have changed rooms multiple times during my stay. overall i can somewhat recommend this hotel but just make sure you do due diligence and read the fine prints! washer & dryer was super helpful, and water pressure was so-so in the bathroom, not a big deal. the staffs/the hotel rules was very strict about deposit and room condition, so i documented everything and found that the bedding was not the cleanest (blood stains) , there's scratches all over the room furniture (not a big deal to me, but the rules and past reviews show that they can penalize you for those things. few days later, AC wasnt working, had to switch room and the bathroom had an issue, and moved into an upgraded suite after.
