Stunning architecture, but some of the units feel quite cramped for the price point. The glass-heavy design looks amazing from the outside, but it can make the units get quite warm in the afternoon sun. Also, be prepared for a bit of a wait for the elevators during peak times. It’s a 'flex' building for sure, but check the layout carefully before buying

Great building, friendliest staff out of 3 condos I have stayed at longer term in bangkok. The pool is massive , it spans over half of the building, but it is icy cold. While there are Jacuzzi corners it's not possible to chill there. I have not seen one Thai in the pool ever. For me, as im used to swimming in cold lakes it was ok for sport but not for fun. Face-scan for security but unfortunately guests can't leave the building independently and must be accompanied to the elevator to activate the floor 1 button.

High end condo in a hard to beat location. The rooms are on the smaller side but overall quality is much better than what you would usually get with modern condos: corridors are stylish (vs looking like jail), walls are thick (never heard my neighbors), facilities are well maintained too, and the management team is very professional and efficient.
