ASOK PETHOUSE CAT CAFE

Asoke Pet House easily located on the 2nd floor by the massive cat butt sculpture on the outside (super cute). Staff, layout and branding of the cafe is really nice and clean as well with lots of cat merch to choose from. Went around 11 and stayed for 1hr and half, chill vibes all the cats were napping in their beds not really that playful but still friendly and loved a pet. All the cats sadly had the flu making them congested and sleepy but they were well taken care of with medicine and snacks. You can use the 250baht entrance fee towards food and drink. The s’mores dip was super good highly recommend, the nachos and guac were just Doritos and some gooey guac that didn’t make my stomach feel so good after so I don’t recommend that. Aside from that, it’s a nice place to visit :)

Before I review the actual cafe, I just want to explain how to find it. You neee to go up in the lift to the second floor. The lift is next to the fast food restaurant, behind a pilar. Asok Pethouse Cat Cafe is pure joy from the moment you walk in. The cats are happy, healthy, and clearly so well loved—it’s amazing to see how relaxed and friendly they are. The space is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up so both people and cats are comfortable. Staff are super kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the animals, which makes the whole visit feel extra special. I left smiling, relaxed, and already planning my next visit. If you love cats (or just need a dose of happiness), this place is an absolute must!

Danger‼️ Absolute time suck! I’ve just spent 3 hours here and do not regret it at all. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with a relaxing, cozy, clean, and calming atmosphere. The cats are living their best lives, lazing around and getting into general mischief (especially in the kitten room, those little ones have oodles of energy!!) Staff are constantly mopping, wiping windows, and supervising, so you can truly feel the care they put into this spot. I really appreciate a couple of things about this cat cafe, compared to others I’ve been to in the past. First of all, NO TIME LIMIT! For 250 baht, you are allowed to chill for as long as you want, even if you want to stay the whole day. No pressure, no rushing! Second, the money you pay for entry actually goes directly into your bill of whatever you buy – there’s a lot of nice looking foods. I got the Korean garlic cream cheese bun and it was light, fluffy, and warm, although could def use a bit more salt. As I was mostly there for the cats, the food was just a nice bonus. It also took quite a bit of time to come out from the kitchen, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing – that just means the food is prepared fresh and hot! And third, the cats are amazingly well taken cared of and it shows in their personalities. I’ve been to cat cafes that were really sad and the cats didn’t want anything to do with anyone bc they’re constantly overwhelmed. If you sit here for a while and bond, they’ll come up to you, sit in your lap, and play. It’s really a lovely space, and the decor is all adorable. Plus some nice merch to shop. There’s a bathroom inside, too. I will say that the space was a tad difficult to find on Google Maps. You need to go up a few flights of stairs to find it and that’s not immediately clear. Worth the little journey, for sure! I also love that the cats are adoptable, so you can rest assured your contributions go to a good cause!
