Condominium with best lushy park view from your rm window 😀. Situated opposite to USA embassy give this condominium the beautiful view across the embassy’s park. It Is on Vidhayu rd. & also near the Sukhumvit rd. which is in the heart of downtown Bangkok with mins walking time to BTS skytrain ,MRT subway station and Express way toll station . This building location enable you to go anywhere in this city with convenience.

This is an edited review of my personal experience at athenee residence. If it wasn’t for the owner at room 106, it is a nice comfortable place to live as an expat however the owner will try to charge very high cleaning fees which he never will show you the receipts. After two years, my cleaning fees were 11500 baht. It was cleaner than when i moved in. Worst case experience in bkk in 5 years. My only regret is google has no provision for zero stars The owner will stall to pay back the deposit while you need to pay the rent on time. If there is any problem, he will blame agents.
