(PLS READ: a heartwarming story of Mr Pront 🤍) Around 1 am on 21st June 2025, I arrived at Bangkok for Enhypen Walk the Line concert. I actually stayed at Princhess Chaleena Hotel, but my Bolt driver mistakenly dropped us here (is fine, we walked, it was nearby). Then after I arrived in the room, I realized my envelope money was missing. I suspected it was left in the Bolt car, but did mention to my friend to look inside before we went out, there was nothing. Called the Bolt driver, didnt pick up. Then around 3 AM we decided to go out to walk to the same path that we walked just now. And i remember when we just came out from the car at the entrance of this hotel, we were greeted nicely by this Mr Pront. He ensured that we stayed at Princess Chaleena hotel instead of this, then he showed us where is the way. I came back, And I met him. In my mind, if he didnt see my envelope money, then I just accept tht its gone, there was 1000 baht though. I asked him, he still greeted us nicely. Then I asked about the money and he said yes! He picked it up and kept it safe in the lobby. I gave him some tips afterwards. He offered to take picture. I promised to give a good review of him and mention his name here 🤍 Thank you so much Mr Pront. I won’t forget your kindness. I promise to come here in this hotel if I ever come here again for any concert (cause it’s a walkable distance with the stadium). It was late at night even. Thank you so much 🤍 To managers/management, please consider giving Mr Pront a raise for his salary for his good attitude 🤍

This hotel offers spacious rooms with bathtubs at reasonable prices. We visited on a weekday, and it felt quiet with very few guests. The swimming pool needs repairs, especially the floor; many tiles are loose and could hurt your feet. There is a gym on the same floor as the pool. The hotel is close to the boat station and night market, which offers a large selection of halal food. It's also near the mosque and the Muslim sales area. Overall, it's recommended.

Negative Reviews
To be honest, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. The room was poorly maintained, the water pressure was extremely low, the bed was uncomfortably hard, and the elevator was very small. The food was disappointing, and the restaurant staff were unfriendly. Worst of all, the front office staff (both the receptionists and bellmen) had very poor English communication skills. The only pros was the beautiful lobby décor, but aside from that, there’s really not much to praise.

I stayed in this hotel for about two weeks with my team for a work project. The rooms smell. Lot of leaks. The pool water is gross. They also kept my 500 baht deposit and made up three different reasons and stories to keep it. They basically stole money from me and many of my colleagues had similar horror stories here. Please do not stay here and support this terrible business. They will look at every way to take extra money out of you and not even provide the simplest of services.

When we first arrived, i was very disappointed at the condition of the hotel. We reached at around 2am, the hotel looked like there was no one staying here, only the lobby was lit. There were aircons in the lobby but they were not turned on so it was very warm. The corridor had no ventilation at all. The room is huge but is very stuffy upon entering. It felt like we had to go through a sauna everytime we go our room. Only 1 key card was provided so we couldn't leave the electric on to keep our room cool. The windows can't be opened, it is like we were staying in a fish tank. The room is okay after the aircon is turned on though. It is very obvious that the hotel is trying to cut cost and not well-maintained. Room is not that clean but at least it is not as rundown as the corridor. The corridor ceiling looked like it's going to collapse any moment. It is far from everywhere. We were not briefed of any shuttle bus service (read online that they have). The price is cheap though but I will not return again. Only booked here because it is near to Live rama 9. The hotel is nothing like described in reviews.
