I found a cozy little café nearby. Its croissants and coffee are just as good as those at Factory Coffee, and the prices are really reasonable.

The best coffee in the area! The staff is incredibly kind. I forgot to order my coffee with oat milk. And she made a new one without hesitation. Even though i offered them to pay for it. She refused to take the money. Try this place and compare it yourself. Dont take my word for it. The coffe is excellent. You really feel the difference of quality. They have high premium quality matcha as well.
