Lovely place to stay and manager is absolutely amazing, he does monthly rates (just make sure you communicate with him slowly) excellent location and very comfortable stay, good wifi too i used it for remote work and it did just fine! Highly recommend all around and I'll be back!

Super friendly staff! Clean rooms with everything you need, good coffee, they sell cheap icecream, you can enjoy a drink at the bar/restaurant. Perfect/ central location but still calm. They have no elevator but they carry your bags upstairs so don't worry. Worth every dollar.

The owners of the guesthouse were SO amazing. They stayed up late to allow our 6th person come in late (her flight was delayed 4 hours and she got in at 3am). We also needed a cab to the train station with all of our backpacking/Doctors without Borders luggage & they arranged to have all the appropriate sized vehicles there since we are Canadian and don’t speak Thai. They had free coffee & cookies in the morning. Super affordable & honestly was impressed when we showed up. There was air conditioning and the bathrooms were lovely. They were the sweetest- highly recommend!

Good for the price, couldn’t sleep my whole stay because of the street noise, the owner is very nice, location is perfect to everything, shower doesn’t work, the bed is so uncomfy

Did you know that if a person comes to your place asking to charge their phone for a minute and call a taxi, you can just do it and not ask for money for that?
