THE best located and value condominium building in Bangkok. Having the most superb river views, particularly from the northern side, allows it to stand out from the others. Truly amazing views. Added to that, it is very well built, large rooms and the management are efficient and responsive. A clean, spacious, luxurious condo in THE best position. Check out the others close by first (particularly Magnolias, Mardarin Oriental Residences and Banyan Tree Residences) and then you'll agree, I'm sure.

It's a beautiful 'hidden' condominium apartment building for long term monthly rentals. 2 large swimming pools on the roof of the 8th floor.

I recently have viewed one of the rooms in this condo. The room view is great but at the same time, I feel bad that their house keepers are not cleaning the corridor in front of a vacant room... The corridor floor was so dirty and dusty... So we have stopped buying the room there... So disappointed...

This Big old condo is just like a big dinosaur crouching beside the river. Right next door is a sparkling new, 41 store building called the Banyan Tree Residences Riverside and this 41 store building blocks the view for the Baan Chaopraya Condo. So this old (24 year old) building with a blocked view of the river is just not what it used to be. So if your looking for a cheaper condo. You should get a good price here. But don't expect the prices to go up. There are too many other, newer, more beautiful condos for sale right now and more are on the way.
