Baan Chart

I strongly advise against staying at Baan Chart if you value sleep or relaxation. The noise level is unbearable. We were fully aware of the hotel's central location, but for the price they charge, one should at least expect a basic level of comfort. In this place, resting is simply impossible. The noise comes from every direction: the heavy street traffic, other guests in the thin-walled corridors, and most of all, the live music played every single evening at maximum volume. It feels like the band is performing right inside your room. To make matters worse, our room was depressing—dark and completely lacking natural light, making it feel like staying in a basement. The pool is also problematic. It's hard to feel comfortable using it when you constantly see birds bathing in the water. The breakfast was another big disappointment. Instead of a standard buffet, you are limited to choosing only about 5 specific items from a much larger à la carte menu. The portions are tiny, almost symbolic, served with a very small coffee. The hotel should clearly state that this is a limited set menu rather than a standard breakfast. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff. The service was very kind, polite, and professional, but unfortunately, their hospitality cannot make up for the lack of sleep and the overall conditions.
