I have found the real estate services by Sam and team very professional and also friendly. I have arrived to Bangkok and tried a number of agents to find an apartment to rent, and mot agents ignored my requirements and also took a lot of time to respond. Sam demonstrated himself as a very quick to respond and he really paid attention to what I need. He did not spend my time driving me around and showing unsuitable properties, like other agents did. His style comes as a balancing act between practicality, client orientation and a healthy sense of humour with a very friendly communication style. He is very busy due to the demand of his services, but also showing flexibility and availability.
