Great location, especially if you're going to BITEC for work! Lots of delicious food options nearby, and a BTS subway station within 5 minutes walk

Wide and spacious room (3rd floor). Good internet connection per floor. Regular cleaning with replenishment of amenities (bath and face towels, bottled water, etc). Convenient location that is quiet and close to Bang Na BTS + motorcycle taxi available 12 midnight onwards. Value for money = top notch

The room has the following facilities: - 1 double bed - Private Bathroom - Hair Dryer - Water Kettle - 2 Tea cups + 2 glasses - 2 water bottles (complimentary) - Mini fridge - Air Conditioner - Shampoo + Body Wash - A caged balcony - Desk, Chair, Mirror, Doorless wardrobe (with hangers) Ban Mai was a very clean, quiet, and relaxing to stay at. There was absolutely no nuisance at all during a stay there. The place also felt safe and secure as the doors have extra chain locks and the premise itself has a gate that's locked at night. The staff is also very helpful and very cooperative when we needed anything. We arrived quite late (around 10:20 p.m.) which is a little bit after they officially close check-ins but they accommodated us anyway. We gave them prior notice that we would arrive late so please let them know if you also plan to do this as they wont accept any check-ins outside of their opening time have not been notified prior to arrival. The only downside will be that they do not have any parking spaces but this is not too much of a problem because there is a temple about 50 m away that offer parking spaces for only 50 baht per night.
