Rooms have all you can ask for. The curtains could be a little darker. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The area around Ari is amazing. If you don’t enjoy walking you might find that the hotel is quite far in the soi. For me as someone who likes to walk I had no issue. The parking possibilities are also a big plus if you travel with car.

Lovely and kind people, clean and large rooms. Had a good stay and nearby walking distance from Ari BTS station so you can easily go anywhere.

This is my third stay at Ban Neung. Although the rooms are showing their age a little, they are spacious, clean, comfortable, and everything works. The lack of a lift might put some people off, but it's not a problem for me. The location is great, in a small soi about 10 mins' walk from Ari station with lots of eateries around. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I really like the quiet atmosphere with a pleasant garden area and would definitely stay here again whenever I'm in Bangkok.
